The NEMA 8 hybrid linear stepper motor is a stepper motor that converts rotation into linear motion utilizing a built-in lead screw. The actuator is a permanent magnet stepper motor and uses a step angle of 1.8 degrees. As an actuator, the HL206 stepper motor that I.ch designs are an external drive stepper motor.
