NEMA 23 Custom Lead Screw Linear Stepper Motor
I.CH specializes in the design and manufacturing of high-performance NEMA 23 linear actuators, categorized as external linear stepper motors. This NEMA23 linear stepper actuator is assembled with precision lead screw and matching nut components. When the lead screw rotates, the mating nut performs stable linear straight motion along the screw axis. Note: The anti-rotation structure for this NEMA 23 external linear actuator shall be independently designed by customers according to their actual equipment application requirements.
For NEMA 23 stepper motor, we can also provide a non-captive, captive type.

If you have needs, we also can provide non-captive motors for you as long as you provide the corresponding parameter. For this motor, for having lower noise, higher efficiency, we add thermoplastic in the rotor drive nut and a stainless steel lead screw.
