Description
The SS series product that I.CH develops and manufactures is a closed-loop stepper motor control system. By feedback signal of the encoder, the motion of the stepper motor can be controlled in full closed-loop, which can eliminate the disadvantage in the open-loop control scheme, such as vibration in low frequency, large heat, out of step. And it has a certain overload capacity, which improves the utilization rate of torque and response of the system.
Because of the difference in motor and requirements of the servo algorithm, only the driver and stepper motor are one-to-one, and the parameter must be adjusted according to the load condition, can the best effect of the product achieve. When leaving the factory, the motor and driver have been matched in a complete set, and the driver has stored the default motion parameter. The customer only needs adjusting the corresponding motion parameters.
For hardware connection and other electrical parameters of the driver, the customer can refer to the SS5/SS9 manual.
